As we wake up each day we have a choice, we can always start over and re-write our lives, lets choose happy!
There is a Heather Small quote that resonates with me often. When I used to help with a yearly London event, she performed for us on one of our stages, in Trafalgar Square. The day was in full swing, the parade was finishing up and the various areas had all opened and begun in Soho in Central London, UK. It was so empowering to have her sing this to us – “what have you done today to make you feel proud”, all our hard volunteer work had paid off, everyone in attendance was having such a lovely time and were able to be out and proud in a safe space, so wonderful!
Advice: Every day is a new day, make it count, release all fear and you will reap the rewards!
