Are you Feeling Overwhelmed? Seven Crystals to Help.

The biggest emotions that affect our equilibrium are stress, anxiety, fear and worry, leading to us feeling overwhelmed and like we are unable to cope, even with mundane tasks. Anxiety can be debilitating, extreme cases can see some unable to leave the house. Let's not let fear win, everything happens for a reason, if only to teach us want we need to know. It is sometimes hard to recognise that the fear based thoughts are causing the anxiety, stress affects us in so many ways. Signs include being unusually irritable, getting annoyed at the simplest things and feeling completely irrational thoughts.

There is so much we can to and using healing Crystals, alongside good nutrition, exercise and regular emotional cleansing, can help. You can wearing them, in your pockets or carrying them; placing them under your pillow; or in your home where they are constantly visible. While it can be good to talk things through with others it is best to avoid the route of taking pills, natural remedies are preferable.

Black Tourmaline (one of my all time favourite stones) - excellent for repelling and protecting against the negative energy emitted by others. We work so hard on maintaining our own energy balance but it can be the negative, angry energies of others that can very much affect us, our state of min and ultimately our health and wellbeing. Tourmaline aids intellectual acuity, emotional stability, understanding yourself & increasing physical vitality and so is great for stress reduction.

Rose Quartz (unconditional love) -  the stone of the heart, of unconditional love & emotional healing. Perfect for removing fears and resentments and for calming trauma and grief. It encourages trust & harmony in relationships; self-forgiveness & self-trust. Health: For the heart & circulatory system, kidneys, adrenals & alleviating vertigo. It releases impurities from body fluids & aids chest & lung problems & increase fertility.

Lapis Lazuli is one of the most sought after, a stone of manifestation & wealth creation, a ‘Merchant’s Stone’. Aids stress relief, self-confidence, transformations, healing, inspired thinking & releases fear & resentment. Awesome for aligning the chakras, spiritual growth & developing intuition. It also aids with stabilising weight, enhances fertility & physical strength.

Lepidolite, known as ‘The Stress Stone’, a soothing calm stone that brings emotional balance & helps reduce anxiety, stress & depression. It is a ‘stone of transition’ for releasing old behaviours & negativity. Relieves addictions (such as anorexia) allergies, Alzheimer’s, menopause & joint problems.

Blue Lace Agate is a very supportive stone bringing acceptance of your emotions and happiness. It is great for communication & expression and helps lift depression, frustration & worry. Writers can use it for articulating inspired ideas. Have a piece with you when public speaking. When placed in the home it helps to de-stress & reduce arguing.

Amethyst, a powerful and protective stone that enhances creativity & passion. A natural stress reliever encourages inner strength & developing intuition & psychic abilities Aids: Blood circulation, regulation of sleep patterns, cell regeneration, mood fluctuations & promotes calm.

Shungite, excellent for the relief of anxiety and insomnia, for detoxing and purifying the body and restoring energetic balance, as it removes negative energies.

There are many others but these are my favourite, and the most powerful ones I have come across. As always, allow yourself to be guided to the ones you resonate with most. We are all individual and different crystals and their energies relate to / work for everyone on different levels.

Have an amazing week & Happy Valentine's Day for tomorrow. I have gift vouchers that I can personalise & email to you today, if you are looking for a unique, healing gift.
