September's New Moon Cycle is today, Saturday 28th (7.26pm in UK), and brings wonderful energies of love and good fortune, plus a big reminder to have lots of fun! Sometimes we can forget about the joy of life, when we feel restless and confused, this cycle is encouraging you to laugh, love, and enjoy the changes these new energies provide. Even though the year is coming to a close don't put of making sizeable alterations to your life. Learning to work with your intuition, over your ego, is a very good way to start. It takes daily practice, brain training, so old habits can be abolished for good. No need to wait until the typical, new year, new start of 1st Jan, begin today and reap the benefits NOW.
The world is experiencing intense energies and situations at this time so it is vital to be clear on your goals for the remainder of 2019. We can keep our place in the world positive and thriving, even when all around us seems to be in chaos. It is important to deal with any challenges you are encountering in the most positive light and take responsibility for your actions daily.
Adjustments will be required in other areas of your life as new relationships (can be in both romantic and social) and experiences show up. Enjoy the excitement, growth and new levels of understanding you are achieving. Life is a wonderful ride, we just need to remember to look for the beauty, work with our intuition and complete daily gratitude journals, these can be verbally out loud or putting pen to paper, even listing 3 items rocks.
A monthly ritual is a fabulous idea, cleansing your space, your crystals and your thought processes ready for taking action on your dreams.
Suggested Ritual Practice
Have to Hand:
Smudging sticks, Incense, Frankincense or Palo SantoCandles,
Lighter/Matches
Your Favourite Notebook / Moon Diary & Pen
The Process:
Find a quiet space to work through this ritual.
Sage the area and yourself, the whole body, in a figure of 8
Light your candle(s)... even if you are doing this in daylight
Ground yourself, such as using a sequence of deep breathes, to bring about feelings of calm & serenity.
Listening to calm, relaxing music can aid the process
Record each New Moon Goal Setting in your notebook, preferably with the date & time, so you can refer back to each months notes.
Set intentions, words of your choice. I tend to use "I accept these exciting new developments, people & situations into my life today & believe that everything happens for a reason & for the highest good of all."
Then list all your hopes, dreams & desires from one to an infinite number of items, whatever comes to you!
It is a wonderful idea to return to the list throughout the month & as you achieve each goal / dream / desire you then re-write the list without this item & add anything else that has come to mind. Our wants, needs & desires change as our priorities & perspective alters.
A Vision or Mood Board displayed in your home is a great way of starting the manifesting process. I have mine hanging in my career corner so I am sure to see it every day.
Do this every month, with a new list: even if it contains some of the same items, it is key to start a fresh each month.
