Louise Hay's You Can Heal Your Life was 1st published in 1984 and I reviewed it on my blog in March 2016 - Book Review . I am re-sharing this article on Louise Hay's Emotional vs Dis-ease Dictionary, which I first published in 2018, as it talks about the correlation between emotional vs medical 'dis-ease' with a dictionary at the back of the book. Although Louise was asked numerous times to review the content, she always kept the list, and explanations, exactly the same because life evolves but the emotions that ultimately cause disease do not.  I refer to the content of the dictionary daily with my clients, friends and family. I strongly believe that when we delve into the root cause of ailments, illnesses and dis-ease we can trace it back to an emotional blockage, negative thoughts &/or destructive habits that lead to imbalances. These imbalances can be released via quantum healing, innerdance, sound healing, meditation and many other healing modalities, this is why the content is so important to our overall health. Ultimate healing occurs when we focus within, question our thought patterns, and awaken to the universe, the new earth within all of us. The annual Lion's Gate Portal Activation is once more upon us, it is a dynamic source of spiritual light and the energies are producing a supercharged ability to manifest and create miracles. It is the first time it is happening on such a magnificent scale and it is a period of great awakening. It began on 28th July, peaks on the 8th August, and finishes on the 12th, the 8th is also the next very powerful New Moon, which I will write about separately, as today's focus is this Astrological shift. Finding ways to navigate when life requires you to complete contracts and make purchases inside the timeframes of this energy upheaval is going to be a struggle but all happening for a reason, more lessons to strengthen your power and resolve. Mercury Retrograde is a time of miscommunication, crossed wires and a 'pot of confusion' that challenges us over and above what we normally experience. Add into the mix possible technological complications and a super strong need to work on our anxiety levels, that can be heightened now, and it is going to be a bumpy ride. Mercury Retrograde (MR) is always an astrological whirlwind and this time it is coupled with eclipse season, with Wednesday's (26.05.2021) lunar eclipse and the impending Solar Eclipse on the 10th June 2021. Having them both within a fortnight is not that unusual but the length of each eclipse is particularly rare, the lunar eclipse was exceptionally short and the solar eclipse will be one of the longest for some years. The next MR is tomorrow, 29th May - 22 June 2021 and you should allow for a shadow period of a few days before and afterwards, as the impact of chaos and catastrophe can still be prevalent. One important emotion that is at the forefront during this period is patience - you may find yours is tested over and over again! It is all about controlling how you react, monitoring your perception and discovering all you can learn from the lessons showing up. Children are born very aware and awake, spending time bringing them into stillness, and connecting into the power of the energies and shapes, within and around us, improves mental health and abilities to deal with the chaos of life exponentially. Educating them, and ourselves, about the geometric patterns generates free life tools for stability and creativity, expanding our innate inner knowing. The sacred geometry polygons are key to our overall development: circle/sphere, triangle/tetrahedron, square/cube, pentagon/dodecahedron, hexagon/star tetrahedron. The toroidal (torus) ring of energy around the physical form is a driver for connecting with the sacred geometry freely available to us. Apples, when cut in half through the middle, you can see the seeds form in a 5-pointed star; bees store their honey in sacred geometric forms; our blood cells; trees; snowflakes; salt and diamonds are all further representations. Every cell of the body is pure sacred geometry, the dodecahedron,10 sided geometric shape, makes up the forms within our double helix DNA structure. Learning all the shapes, the geometric infinity power, opens doorways to greater sense of wonder, and to the power of all things.
