Children Online Group Innerdance Activation with energy alchemist, Emma Hands, via Zoom. Sessions help children of all ages, especially traumatised, abused, and hypersensitive, empathic souls to discover a renewed sense of peace & clarity. Working through issues of anger, frustration, self-doubt & unworthiness, feelings of 'out of place' and the confusion of growing pains. Resetting the neural paths, regulating the nervous system, and providing structure to the brain. Achieving new levels of balance, calmness & self-acceptance, building confidence & communication abilities, pain relief, & greater understanding of behavioural, attention + learning difficulties, releasing trauma and grounding the soul’s vessel. The brain is a synthesiser, the playlists bring it into coherence, working with the noisy brain to provide considerable growth in abilities to manage themselves and the world around them. Innerdance is not a physical dance, it is a dance that happens inside, it is an energetic sound & sensory healing journey. Playlists are good for emotional, cognitive and metabolic regulation through continuous use. Sessions help hypersensitive, empathic souls with issues of anger, learning difficulties, neurodiversity, confidence building, communication and balance within themselves.
